DOCUMENTATION FOR TRAVEL

It is the responsibility of the traveler to make sure he/she has the proper documents for travelling. Without the proper documentation, you can be denied boarding.

PLEASE NOTE: TREASURE VACATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND WILL NOT REIMBURSE YOU FOR COSTS OF ANY DELAY OR INCONVENIENCES DUE TO IMPROPER DOCUMENTATION, NOR WILL WE REFUND YOU ANY PORTION OF YOUR TRIP FOR THAT REASON.

If you do not have a birth certificate, it is your responsibility to obtain the original or a certified copy with a raised seal.  Along with a valid driver's license it is required for travel in the USA. You also need the birth certificate in order to apply for a passport.

A valid passport is required for International travel. Passports must be valid 6 months or more after you return from your trip. Please consult the passport office nearest you for any updates on any passports requirements. 

Visas required for travel are the responsibility of the traveler, please check with the consulates to see if one is required for your destination. If you were born overseas, adopted or a resident alien please consult the US government for documents that will be needed to be issued to you.

Your name(s) on your travel reservations must match that of your documentation.  If not, due to marriage or divorce, you must have a marriage certificate or a divorce certificate in addition to your other travel documentation. 

Currency, exchange rates:  Be aware that in some cases, a more favorable exchange rate is to be found in the destination country.  It is the traveler’s responsibility to make arrangments for money exchange.  It is recommended to check with local and overseas banks and consulate in order to make most beneficial exchange.
