"We offer other destinations in Mexico, just ask us"
Mexico is a large country whose territory encompasses mountains, lakes, desert and thousands of miles of seacoast. The coastline, some parts with slick and luxurious resorts and other areas still pristine, enchants countless visitors every year as do the old silver mining towns nestled in the Sierra Madre mountain range that runs roughly north and south through the center of the country.
The many resort towns are cosmopolitan and most of the Mexicans working in them speak English with many speaking other languages as well. Businesses are run with the help of computers and complicated modern telecommunications systems; but in the traditional villages, native languages still predominate and Spanish is a second language to millions who wear traditional, hand-woven clothing and follow their ancient religions.
The primitive dwellings of indigenous peoples, the magnificent Spanish
Colonial architecture of public buildings and churches, the modern high-rise hotels and all-inclusive resorts also form part of the heritage that has long given Mexico its nickname of "the Land of Contrasts."
The indigenous civilizations that have inhabited Mexico for thousands of years have left archeological riches including entire cities that have been excavated and made available to amaze visitors from all over the world.
In contrast are the dozens of golf courses, many of which are world class, the busy harbors and elegant marinas which meet the specialized needs of many visitors who arrive by air or by sea all year round.
The warm winters on the coasts, the cool summers in the mountains, the endless variety of sports and activities, the terrific first class buses for travel between towns (more comfortable than airplanes) along with relatively low cost make Mexico the first choice of thousands of travelers who return year after year to a favorite spot. Many eventually settle into comfortable homes in pleasant towns where retirement income stretches further than at home.

CANCUN
[Back to Top of Page]
Cancun is the largest and most popular of the many wonderful Mexican vacation resorts. Its splendid beaches and clear waters attract more visitors each year than any other Mexican vacation destination. For scuba diving, snorkeling, windsurfing and sailing, this luxurious town on the Caribbean Sea is the best Mexico has to offer.
Cancun beaches can be separated in two sections, "North" which faces to the open ocean and have high wave action, and , and "East" facing the Bay of Mujeres , the wave action here is low and most of them are safe for children and non-swimmers.
Cancun is a city where modern comfort coexists with the beauty of nature as well as terrific shopping, sea turtle hatcheries and golf courses as well as an offshore casino.
Over 2000 years ago the ancient Maya, an advance civilization, once inhabited Cancun. Today you can explore the splendor of their culture. The fascinating ruins of the city of Chichen Itza are only 87 miles away and Cancun is also near Tulum, the only Mayan city built on a seacoast.
Nearby islands include the more traditional Isla Mujeres with its Mayan temple, the former home of a wealthy pirate and slave trader and the exciting opportunity to swim with dolphins and Isla Contoy, a bird sanctuary that offers fishing and snorkeling.
By Air only about 1 1/2 hours from Miami and four hours from Chicago and New York, Cancun has long been the destination of choice for travelers from around the world.Cancun International Airport is 9 miles southwest of the heart of Cancun City 6 miles from the southern most point of the hotel zone.

Cozumel
[Back to Top of Page]
Cozumel, gem of the Mexican Caribbean, is located twelve miles off the southern coast of the Yucatan, just across from Playa del Carmen and nearby Akumal. Cozumel is a destination for people seeking a relaxing, laid back vacation that includes the island's world renowned diving or snorkeling its fabled coral reefs. Cozumel's limestone shore is surrounded by temperate, crystal clear waters which range from stunning turquoise to deep indigo.
Take a short trip on the Ferry to the mainland for a day of shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Snorkelers and divers will not want to miss the famous cenotes of the spectacular Dos Ojos Cave System.
Cozumel's west coast is where you'll find the majority of the island's development. The town of San Miguel, the airport, and the hotels are all located on the western side of the island. Fortunately, massive resort development is paralyzed by a lack of potable water and a desire to protect the island's delicate ecosystem. This helps keep island life simple, and is hands-down the favorite for people seeking a serene Caribbean island vacation.
About 80,000 of the island's annual visitors come for one thing:
The area's incomparable scuba diving. With lots of reefs, water visibility to 200 feet, and over 200 species of tropical fish, Cozumel is considered by many as the finest dive destination in the Western Hemisphere. Water temperatures range from summer highs in the low 80's (F) to winter highs in the low 70's (F).

Los Cabos
[Back to Top of Page]
Once sought after by pirates for its safe harbors, the Los Cabos ("the Capes") region of the Southern Baja Peninsula is now home to the bustling towns of San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Each offers travelers an exciting, fun-filled destination.
San Jose del Cabo is a fine place to unwind; of the two Cabos, San Jose is the more sedate. Among
activities available there are horseback riding across the sandy beaches, and shopping in an authentic Mexican atmosphere.
San Jose del Cabo is a pleasant city of meandering streets and lush palm groves, with the languid pace of a Mexican colonial village. The town has charming courtyard restaurants, small shops and boutiques, small hotels and a lovely tropical estuary, Estero San Jose. The atmosphere here is subdued compared to the more rowdy and nightlife-orientated town of Cabo San Lucas.
Cabo San Lucas,
with a population of 25,000, is the faster-growing of the two. In the past few years, swanky new hotels and sleek condos have been added to round out this vacation destination. Superb sportfishing put Cabo San Lucas on the map, but non-fishermen will enjoy the thriving beach community as well. Snorkeling gear, boats, waverunners, kayaks, pedalboats and windsurf boards are all available for the active vacationer.
Just off shore is Los Arcos, the area's signature landmark, and one of the world's most awesome natural wonders
Defined by the four-lane highway that connects Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, the Corridor is home to many beaches and coves, as well as a number of first-class hotels and private developments.
Los Cabos area also draws beach lovers, golfers, honeymooners, families, and "eco-tourists"
This is truly a unique and wonderful destination.
